citius, altius, fortius
[faster, higher, stronger]
These three words encourage the athlete to give his or her best during competition, and to view this effort as a victory in itself. This is the August challenge. As related to sports I can tell you that I am not the athletic one. My kids who play sports currently are sports free. I am using pictures from the family reunion that we had this past weekend and an evening in the backyard with the hose and Popsicles.
If the water came out FASTER I could get my sisters!
