My husband read my blog and promptly went and shaved. Yeah he is back to my bald headed man!

It has been a rough week because my husband threw out his back. My husband is someone who complains about pain but then will never take any pain meds this includes Tylenol. This week I found him searching high and low in our medicine cabinet for anything that would relieve his pain. He has been to the chiropractor everyday over the past week except Sat/Sun. God forbid your back goes out over the weekend! He found a 6 year old bottle of vicodin from his vasectomy. He was taking 1-2 trying to space them out to last until he felt better in a day or two. Well it has now been 7 or 8 days and he can barely walk. Today I made him an appointment to see his MD and they sent him home w/ Motrin.....Thanks for your co pay now go on your merry way. What if he blew out a disc? how about an xray buddy? Nope PT and motrin, good luck! Where are these dr's when pt's are admitted to the hospital and they perscribe dilaudid like it's m & m's. I hope we survive this injury!
